Delivery Information

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We currently use Australia Post for all deliveries. Shipping can take anywhere from 3-14 days (within Aus) from dispatch. Delivery time varies depending on where you are located and the product ordered. We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING (Australia wide only) on all products.

CLICK HERE  to check the delivery status of a current order. You will need to enter your Australia Post tracking number provided on your delivery confirmation email. (see below for details on what can and cannot be tracked)

All products (apart from A4 envelopes) will be issued with a tracking number for Australian deliveries. You will be sent your tracking number via an automated email after your order has been dispatched.

Our FREE standard delivery includes tracking Australia wide however does not require a signature. If you require a signature upon delivery, please choose the 'Signature on Delivery' option for an additional $5.00 (within Australia Only). By choosing the FREE standard shipping option, you agree to your order being left in a safe place by the driver without notification. 

Express post delivery is available for an additional cost and includes overnight delivery (where available) and tracking. It does not include a signature on delivery. The Express Post shipping option does not shorten the production time - As all products are made to order, the standard required time to produce your order will remain the same. Your order will be sent express post when it's ready for dispatch.

Signature on Delivery is available for an additional $5.00 and will require your order to be signed for on arrival. If you're not available to sign for the delivery, the driver will not leave your order in a safe place. Your order will be forwarded to your local post office awaiting signed collection. 

We ship all products worldwide. Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout. Standard worldwide shipping includes tracking on all items apart from prints. Delivery can take up to 3 weeks depending on the destination country.

A4 prints are sent as documents and therefore no tracking number will be issued unless you choose express post or signature at checkout.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

We are based in Melbourne and are happy for you to collect your order to save on postage costs. Contact us for pick up details.

Australia Post DOES NOT offer a fragile service. Whilst we take every care in packaging your order, we are NOT responsible or liable for any breakages, damage or lost items during the delivery process.

PRODUCTION TIMES

All Ginger Monkey products are made to order, therefore production times will vary.
